Complaint and Appeal
ASTRA takes complaints and appeals seriously. We ask for constant feedback on our work to improve our services. It is the policy of Astra to ensure that complaints and appeals will be appropriately addressed and that a reasonable effort will be made to resolve the complaints or appeals.
Any person may submit complaint or appeal in writing to ASTRA by mail or email:

To allow investigation, please provide, at a minimum, your name, contact methods, objective evidences and the detailed description of the complaint. In case of appeal, state the grounds for disagreement, within 30 days from the notification of ASTRA's decision. ASTRA can only become involved in dealing with complaint / appeal where they related to ASTRA's audit services. If necessary, ASTRA may inform the appropriate Accreditation Body and related parties. Where practical, you will be kept informed of the progress and will be advised of the outcome of the complaint / appeal once the investigation has taken place.
