Astra’s policy in regard to complaints and appeals

It is the policy of Astra that all complaints and appeals will be addressed, a reasonable effort will be made to resolve them. Should you have a compliant or appeal please provide us with your name, contact methods, a detailed description of the complaint content and objective evidences.
In case of an appeal, state the grounds for disagreement within 30 days of the decision notification.

Please be advised that Astra will only become involved in any complaints or appeals directly dealing with an Astra related service.

If necessary, Astra may inform related parties. Where practical, you will be informed of the progress made once an investigation takes place.


Any person may submit a complaint or appeal in writing to Astra (by mail or email).
