It is the policy of ASTRA that all complaints and appeals will be addressed and an extensive effort will be made to resolve them. Should you have a compliant or appeal please provide us with your name, contact details, a detailed description of the complaint content and objective evidences.
In thre case of an appeal, state the grounds for disagreement within 30 days of the decision notification.
Please be advised that ASTRA will only become involved in any complaints or appeals directly related to an ASTRA service.
If necessary, ASTRA may inform related parties. Where practical, you will be informed of the progress made once an investigation has started.
